My name is Shondrall icci McCall, and I started ICCI Enterprises LLC to empower women to step into their confidence, elevate their beauty, and build a life filled with purpose and financial freedom. I started this journey back in 2012 during one of the hardest seasons of my life. After surviving a domestic violence relationship, I needed a way to rebuild myself from the inside out. What began as a creative outlet turned into a movement built on strength, independence, and self-worth.

ICCI stands for Individuals Carrying Confidence Independently, and that message guides everything I do. Over the years, my brand has grown from a spark of inspiration into a full ecosystem that blends beauty, wellness, education, and entrepreneurship. Today, I help stay-at-home moms, beauty lovers, and everyday women tap into their gifts, monetize their skills, and walk boldly in who they are.

Through ICCI Enterprises, I create tools, education, digital products, and services that makes it easier for women to flow from the inside out-whether that's learning a beauty skill, launching a business, discovering new income streams, deepening their spiritual journey, or simply feeling good in their skin.
